Valenciennes: Wanjala Starts for Valencia
Amos Wanjala, who plays as right-back, started and played well throughout the first half but was substituted at halftime of a Valencia amistoso against Castellón. The two teams played to 0-0, which later saw Castellón score twice in both halves. With 11 changes made for Valencia, Wanjala worked hard to secure his place in the team. The match also had three yellow cards given out: two to Valencia and one away (though not named who it came from).

Bromley FC: Deon Woodman Started for a Win
Deon Woodman started at defense as part of an impressive 3-0 win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League. Victor Adeboyejo (also from Harambee Stars) contributed two goals and Nicolas Kabamba scored late to clinch the victory. He received his first yellow card for a challenge on Cameron Smithy.
Leyton Orient: Zech Obiero Start
Deon Woodman also played for Leyton Orient against Southend United, although he didn’t make an impact and did not play many minutes. The game ended in a 1-1 draw after Obiero’s two yellow cards being given out by the referee.
Wealdstone: Micah Obiero Start
Finally, Micah Obiedo also started for National League side team, Wealdstone vs MK Dons last Sunday and scored both goals of his team helping to secure a convincing 2-0 win over their opponents. He’s hoping to impress enough as they prepare for the new season.
