The goal is to get a majority against VAR before the owners' meeting in Norsk Toppfotball, which represents the 32 top clubs on the men's side, on January 22. An NTF stance against VAR will be taken into account when the board of the Norwegian Football Association is to prepare its proposal to the football meeting on March 1 and 2.
